WKU Player of the Week: women’s golf freshman Reagan Ramage

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Hilltopper women’s golf freshman Reagan Ramage is today’s WKU Player of the Week.

The 2026 Conference USA tournament individual champion earned Western it’s third solo title in the last four seasons.

Her win was a testament to the saying “it’s not about how you start; it’s how you finish” because Ramage came into the third round 4-over par and tied for 8th place.

But the last 18 holes couldn’t have gone much better, as Ramage shot 7-under par with zero bogeys, and that effort landed her some hardware along with her first career win.

Lucky for Ramage, she was going to compete in NCAA regional action regardless, but it’s sure to be a memory that lasts for a long time.

“That was the coolest day of my life,” Ramage said. “I’ve worked so hard over this last year, especially in the spring. I had a couple ups and downs, and it all kind of clicked together on the last day, but I’m just so thankful that I’ve had so many people who were so supportive of me and were so happy for me.”
