The Grove launches ‘Vibe for Five’ initiative

GLASGOW, Ky. — The Grove: Outdoor Venue & Drinkery has announced the launch of its new student ticket program, the “Vibe For Five” initiative, designed to make live music more accessible to college students across the region and state. 

Through the Vibe For Five initiative, organizers say full-time college students can buy tickets to shows at The Grove for just $5, creating an affordable way for students to experience live performances in one of south-central Kentucky’s most unique outdoor venues.

Located in the heart of Glasgow, The Grove says it has quickly become a community favorite, known for its open-air setting, “unique, vibrant atmosphere and diverse lineup of regional and nationally touring artists.”

Program details:

• $5 tickets available exclusively to full-time college students
• Limit of one ticket per student, per show
• A valid student ID must be presented at entry
• The Vibe For Five initiative reflects The Grove’s continued commitment to fostering community, supporting young audiences, and creating memorable experiences through live music and entertainment.

“The Vibe for Five Initiative is an opportunity for students to see artists all the way from Grammy Award winners to local and regional artists for a flat fee of $5. Our goal as a venue has always been to make entertainment affordable and accessible for people of all ages and all walks of life,” said The Groves’s Marketing Director Candace Barbee.

Barbee also spoke on the communities impact to being able to start an initiative like Vibe For Five.

“The community is really the bottom line whenever it comes to the success of our events. We could not do this, you know, without people purchasing tickets and supporting us. You know, so we’ve been really fortunate. There’s only a five year old venue to have really great support and engagement from the community. So we really hope that that continues.” she said
