Tim Sharp Named Lady Purples Volleyball Head Coach

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Lady Purples Volleyball team has a new head coach.

On Thursday, Bowling Green High School announced the hire of Tim Sharp as head coach of the Lady Purples Volleyball team.

Sharp comes to BGHS with over a decade of coaching experience in competitive club volleyball with the Barren River Area Volleyball Organization (BRAVO) and, since 2007, has served as the head coach for the 14 and under age groups at BRAVO. In this role, he has prepared and implemented practiced, decided team positions and coached in numerous tournaments.

In addition, this school year Sharp coached the Bowling Green Junior High 7th grade volleyball team to an undefeated season in district play.
