SKYCTC named one of the best places to work in Kentucky

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- What’s one of the best places to work in Kentucky? According to the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College is one of those places.

The Chamber released its annual list of best 100 places to work in the commonwealth. The selection process is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.

The best places to work winners were divided into small, medium and large businesses.

The competition is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the commonwealth to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence.

Dr. Phillip Neal, the college’s president and CEO, called the recognition an honor.
