BGPD seeking public’s help locating woman

UPDATE: Sandra Morgan has been located and is safe.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WNKY) — The Bowling Green Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman who was reported missing Friday afternoon.

Police said they are trying to find Sandra Morgan, who was last seen around 3:30 p.m. in the area of Scottsville Road and Shive Lane.

According to authorities, Morgan was last seen wearing a light-colored sweatshirt and a coat.

Officers said they are attempting to check on her welfare and are asking anyone with information to come forward.

Anyone who has seen Morgan or has information about her whereabouts is asked to call Bowling Green police at 270-393-4000 or contact 911. Police said while they monitor social media, calling or texting 911 is the best way to pass along information.
