Rockfield home a total loss following structure fire

ROCKFIELD, Ky. – A Rockfield home is a total loss following a house fire Monday afternoon in Warren County.

Kevin Bailey, chief of the Plano Fire Department, confirmed a working fire in the 200 block of Van Meter Road shortly after 2 p.m.

Fire units from multiple departments arrived at the scene and located both floors of a single-family home on fire, according to a release.

Two firefighters entered the home and determined there were no occupants.

The release states crews extinguished the blaze Monday afternoon.

No injuries have been reported.
