Bike Night for a Cause

BOWLING GREEN, KY.- Since April, Bike Night for a Cause has been rolling strong — and it’s not slowing down.

This month, Shake Rag Bar and Lounge is teaming up with Down Syndrome of Southern Kentucky (DSSKY) to bring extra purpose to the party. During the event, DSSKY is auctioning off a 2024 Harley-Davidson, giving attendees a chance to have fun while supporting a meaningful cause.

Executive Director Stephanie Morton says the event helps spread awareness about their work and boosts both volunteerism and donations for their privately funded organization. It’s also an opportunity to reach new audiences who may not yet know about DSSKY.

Coordinator, Tyrail Curry, adds that the event isn’t just about bikes — it’s about breaking down social barriers and uniting riders from all backgrounds.

The community is invited to gather, connect, and support the cause on August 21st at Shake Rag Bar and Lounge. The raffle drawing for the Harley will take place on August 31st, wrapping up a powerful month of giving and unity.
