Leticia Cline and Mike Wolfe take a journey through Kentucky

SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY – Leticia Cline, a Kentucky native, and Mike Wolfe of “American Pickers” recently took a two-day journey through the Bluegrass State, exploring the charm and character that make Kentucky unique.

The duo visited 16 cities in just 48 hours, highlighting the state’s rich culture, small towns and scenic roads to shoot a commercial for Kentucky Tourism.

“Heritage tourism, small towns, how important and impactful that is for all of us,” Wolfe said, emphasizing the importance of preserving Kentucky’s story.

Cline noted that the journey itself was just as meaningful as each stop.

“We got to do the roads in between them and discover the journey to those places,” she shared.

From endless farmland to bourbon country and deep southern hospitality, Kentucky left a lasting impression on the travelers.

“I’m one of those people that’s a Southerner by choice,” Wolfe added, praising the state’s values and strong sense of family and history.

The pair’s road trip celebrated not only the destinations but also the spirit of the people who call Kentucky home.

As Cline put it, “It just tells you how wonderful a place it is that we live in.”
