Tommy’s Express Car Wash to host fundraiser on June 28th for Bowling Green Warren County Humane Society

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A local car wash is raising money Saturday for the Bowling Green Warren County Humane Society.

From 10AM to 4PM, Tommy’s Express Car Wash on Scottsville Road will donate proceeds from every wash to the Humane Society.

Creekside Market & BBQ and Bryanna Ice Cream will be there with snacks, and Roscoe from the Bowling Green Hot Rods will make an appearance from 10 to noon.

Organizers say it’s all part of Tommy’s mission to support local nonprofits and give back to the community.

“My assistant site leader Matthew and I both are very big on giving back… so it’s one big ability, one big desire to give back to this community,” general manager Justin Hubbard said. “It’s a huge opportunity for us to let the community know that we’re not just here to provide our services, but we’re here to support the community as well.”

They’ll also accept donations for other items on the Humane Society’s wish list (bolded being the most needed) including:

• Canned chicken (unsalted)
• Dog treats (no rawhide)

• BIC Wite-Out tape
• Duct tape

• Flat sheets
• Small pet beds
• Shoe boxes
• Pet toys
