Project 330 in Scottsville’s construction on schedule despite rain
SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – The brand new gyms coming to Scottsville are coming along nicely… as construction is going great on Project 330, a new recreation project in Allen County.
This project creates multiple basketball courts and a new facility for the community to use behind The Core in Scottsville.
Even with 28.5 inches of rain that crews have seen on site since the project began construction, officials with Scott, Murphy & Daniel lay out the timeline for what’s next and say everything’s on schedule for now.
“We’re actually tracking right on schedule… we’re just pouring our first concrete slab this morning… roof is almost on the gym, we’ll be working on the office area roof the rest of this week. We plan on pulling the gym floor in a couple weeks right before the 4th of July,” Todd Sadler, site superintendent for the project, says.
The team is still looking for donations, as thanks to an anonymous donor, there is going to be a $10,000 match.
One of the ways they’re doing this is through the NCTC Golf Scramble on July 28th at Indian Hills Country Club in Bowling Green. Information on that scramble is available here:
