Bikers experience Twinkle at the Track

BOWLING GREEN Ky.- On its final day today, people had a chance to enjoy Twinkle at the Track in Bowling Green in a different way.

Bike the Lights is an event where anyone can take a ride through the Twinkle at the Track course at the National Corvette Museum’s Motorsports Park.

Riders had a chance to enjoy the track for an hour before it opened to motor vehicles.

The event was spearheaded by the Bowling Green League of bicyclists and premiere Luxury Travel.

“I think it’s a good way to slow down and see it. When you’re driving through, you blow past it. On a bike, you can really stop, look, and take pictures,” said National Corvette Museum board member Shannon Lamarche.

January 1 was the last night Twinkle at the Track was open for the year.
