The citation further states upon arrival at the ER, a female medical professional was “trying to conduct a medical evaluation” when Kendall is accused of striking the woman in the head.

Leitchfield police arrived at the hospital at 7 p.m. that night to conduct an investigation. Kendall was arrested.

According to the citation, the suspect was determined to be “intoxicated and over medicated.”

Kendall faces charges of third-degree assault (healthcare provider), a class D felony, and public intoxication. He was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center.
