Heart of Scottsville’s impact on the Allen County Community
SCOTTSVILLE, KY.- Non-profits across Kentucky are making a significant impact, and one organization in South Central Kentucky is leading the charge. Heart of Scottsville is celebrating the achievements of small businesses and the local community by hosting a special event — a ball designed to offer a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone involved. Lizzy Gardener, the Executive Assistant at Heart of Scottsville, explained that the event gives the community an opportunity to come together, have fun, and spend quality time while supporting their efforts to revitalize the town. She emphasized the importance of community connections and how such events help achieve their revitalization goals.
The Heart of Scottsville is not only supporting the local community but also providing a boost to major producers in the area. Ada Oliver, President of the Board of Directors, highlighted the challenges that small businesses and downtown revitalization efforts face, making the celebration even more meaningful. The Main Street Ball is a way to honor and serve those who have helped in these efforts, recognizing their contributions. The Heart of Scottsville Ball will take place on March 22nd, and if you’re interested in supporting through sponsorship or donations, visit https://www.heartofscottsville.org/donations
