How to help Warren County teens through Teen Angel this holiday season
WARREN COUNTY, Ky.- For over a decade, a program has been doing its best to ensure that middle and high-school-aged kids enjoy their Christmas.
Community Education services teens in Warren County and Bowling Green. This unique resource provides necessities and assistance to families with teenagers to give hats, coats and Christmas gifts that teens can enjoy.
Joshua Smith, Teen Angel coordinator, shares the benefits of Teen Angel.
He says, “Well, and for us, there’s so many programs that work with children But we’re supporting teens here in Bowling Green and Warren County. It is truly a blast. We have fun. But then being able to support our families like we can. That’s the biggest pay off.”
This Friday, you can get in on the giving. From 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Starbucks on Campbell Lane, Community Education with be accepting donations, and Crocker Law Firm will match 100% of the donations.
