Titans drop to 2-8 with home loss against Vikings

NASHVILLE, Tn. – Sunday afternoon, the Minnesota Vikings visited Tennessee, who were on the lookout for their second home win of the season, but despite an impressive outing from quarterback Will Levis, the Titans were on the wrong side of some costly penalties and fell 23-13.
