Armed suspect arrested after leading police on a chase near Elizabethtown

ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. – Elizabethtown Police say just before 7 p.m. on Thursday they assisted the Kentucky State Police with  the  apprehension of an armed suspect who fled from them in the area of I-65 near Glendale.

The suspect was captured and taken into custody. So far no other details have been released.
