Butler County Public Library launches new delivery service
BUTLER COUNTY, Ky.- The Butler County Public Library is rolling out a new home delivery service to ensure that everyone has access to books and resources, especially after discontinuing its bookmobile.
This service is available to anyone in need, including those who are homebound, residing in nursing homes, or facing other limitations. With this initiative, the library aims to bring the joy of reading right to people’s doorsteps.
Kimberlea Ferrell, the library’s outreach librarian, emphasizes the importance of this service.
“You can learn a lot of things that way through nonfiction books, or you can explore your imagination,” she says.
Ferrell is dedicated to helping people and enriching the community, investing over 40 hours a week into this mission.
The Butler County Public Library encourages everyone in the Butler County area to take advantage of this valuable resource. For more information on how to access the home delivery service, visit the library’s Facebook.
