WKU Athletics Player of the Week: Maddie Davis

The goalie is in her senior season and has already collected 47 saves on the year, with her highest of the season coming against UTEP with seven saves during that game.

Some of her most recent stats include two saves against Kennesaw State and four saves against Jacksonville State, while helping lead the Lady Tops to four shutout wins on the season so far. During her collegiate career at WKU, Davis has put up the fourth most shutouts in program history with 12.

Davis and the rest of the team will be in action this upcoming Sunday as the tops travel to Middle Tennessee for a matchup with their 100 miles of hate rival.
