To stay safe in the heat. doctors say to try to stay inside during the hottest times of the day. If you do go out, wear light-colored clothing in layers to help keep you as cool as possible. Check the air quality index because breathing polluted air can cause harm to pregnant people. And finally, you’ll want to stay hydrated.
