Meeting gathers nonprofits, organizations to help refugee and immigrant community
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Bowling Green has become a home for many refugees and new Americans over the course of many decades, and finding help for these people can be a challenge sometimes.
The Community Partnership for Refugee and Immigrant Families hosted a networking opportunity at Community Action to help bring organizations and nonprofits together to try and help each other help the refugee and immigrant community.
South-central Kentucky organizations and even an organization from Louisville shared their goals and how they could help each other fullfil those goals.
