Edmonson County girls benefitting local organizations with Sweet and Sassy Lemonade

BROWNSVILLE, Ky.- Seven Edmonson County girls are running what they call Sweet and Sassy Lemonade.

The lemonade stand was started three years ago, and the girls set up twice a summer to benefit local charities.

On Friday, the girls were set up at the courthouse lawn, and proceeds benefit the Edmonson County Cram the Cruiser. In the past, these girls have sent kids to space camp and given proceeds to the Edmonson County Feeding America backpack program.

If you would like to try some Sweet and Sassy Lemonade, the girls will be set up next month at the Edmonson County Art Guild’s Summer Beat, with proceeds going to the Edmonson County Feeding America backpack program.
