Glory Baby Ministry opens new location
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- In life grief comes, and for many people who lose their unborn children, it does not get any easier.
With the support from the community, Glory Baby Ministry has expanded to a new location. The ministry went from serving six losses in 2017 to serving more than 500 people this year.
The nonprofit provides for grieving families who have lost infants by supporting those families through blankets, clothing and bracelets.
Jessica Heffinger, executive director of Glory Baby Ministry, tells us although grieving can impact everyone, Glory Baby Ministry recognizes that everyone responds differently.
Heffinger says, “We respect that the grieving process is different for every family. Therefore, we will send a package no matter if the loss was recent or 50 years ago and our shipping cost is covered. Everything in our package is free and we can do that because of our amazing community support. ”
Celebrating the new location with the community is just the beginning for Glory Baby Ministry. This ministry is bringing comfort to families all over the world. If you know anyone who may need support, visit glorybabyministry.org/.
