4th Region Softball and Baseball Tournament Brackets Revealed

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Friday morning, coaches and athletic directors from each district winner and runner-up in 4th region softball and baseball gathered in the auditorium of Bowling Green High School as their tournament matchups were revealed.

The 4th region softball tournament begins on Monday, May 27 at the WKU Softball Complex, and the matchups, with their respective times, are as follows:

• South Warren (14th District winner) vs. Cumberland County (16th District runner-up) – 11 a.m.
• Logan County (13th District winner) vs. Warren East (15th District runner-up) – 1 p.m.
• Barren County (15th District winner) vs. Greenwood (14th District runner-up) – 5 p.m.
• Clinton County (16th District winner) vs. Russellville (13th District runner-up) – 7 p.m.

The 4th region baseball tournament begins on Monday, May 27 at Nick Denes Field (WKU), and the matchups, with their respective times, are as follows:

• Greenwood (14th District winner) vs. Barren County (15th District runner-up) – 10 a.m.
• Russell County (16th District winner) vs. Logan County (13th District runner-up) – 12:15 p.m.
• Warren East (15th District winner) vs. Monroe County (16th District runner-up) – 4 p.m.
• Franklin-Simpson (13th District winner) vs. South Warren (14th District runner-up) – 6:15 p.m.
