Bealmear’s Baseball Journey to Continue at Brescia

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – For the first time since 2020, the Warren Central Dragons baseball team will have an athlete headed to the next level, after a signing on Thursday afternoon.

Jacob Bealmear put pen to paper, signing his letter of intent to further his athletic and academic career at Brescia University next year.
Bealmear has notched 33 strikeouts on the mound this season, and he’s swiped 16 stolen bases for the Dragons.
After all of his seasons on the team and less than a handful of wins to show, he shared what has motivated him, and how he looks to be a role model for the rest of his teammates.
“You know, when your team’s down a lot you don’t always come up on top. It’s just that drive to get to where you want to be at and do better for yourself and for your team,” Bealmear said. “It means a lot to me, and I hope it can show a lot of the younger guys that they can do something, too.”
