The journey of The Grand Victorian Inn

PARK CITY, Ky.- What you may now know as the Grand Victorian Inn Bed & Breakfast, began as a house built during the post-civil war era. The historic home was built in 1885, and over time it experienced many changes. Starting in 1903 when it burnt down and then restored in 1905.

The home ended up being owned by the state, until a couple came along and purchased it for a dollar to create a unique antique experience unlike any other.
The owner, Karin Baldwin-Carroll tells us, “We tried to get this in 2010, literally this was my vision. I explained it to a friend of mine and she drew it. And this is the drawing.”
This bed and breakfast has been open since 2015, and it is still open today. For more information on the history of the Grand Victorian Inn visit https://www.grandvictorianinnky.com/.
