Dance Middle Red raises over $7K at Drakes Creek Middle School

WARREN COUNTY, Ky.- All week, the students at Drakes Creek Middle School raised money for pediatric cancer care at Norton Children’s Hospital.

Students flooded to the gym, for the 2nd annual Dance Middle Red to celebrate the hard work and impact for those in need.

We spoke with Mattox Eanils, an 8th grader, who was a patient at Norton’s , and he tells us how much this impact means to him. He says,  “I’ve had three open heart surgeries, and I didn’t have this when I was younger, but people now will get it and It’s great. “

The Drakes Creek Middle School students raised over $7,000 to benefit patients at Norton Children’s Hospital. For more ways to get involved and donate, visit https://nortonhealthcare.com/ways-to-help/online-donations/.
