Franklin-Simpson Baseball Gets District Win for Davis
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Franklin-Simpson Wildcat baseball team was in district action Monday night, and they picked up a big win, defeating Todd County Central 10-1 for their teammate, number 9 Mason Davis, who is recovering from serious injuries after a recent car accident.
It looked as if Davis pushed the team along, as they tallied 9 hits and won by a final deficit of 9 runs, making it seem as if their teammate was with them all night.
A big win for Franklin, and continued prayers go out to those who were injured in the accident just last week.
