Patti Minter launches campaign for Bowling Green’s next mayor

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Former State Representative, Patti Minter has announced her campaign for Bowling Green’s next mayor.

She recently held a campaign kickoff at One Roof in Bowling Green, where many people were in attendance.

Minter tells News 40 she is excited to launch her campaign and shares why she thinks her past political roles would help her succeed as mayor.

Minter says, “I am ready to bring what I’ve learned as a mom, as an educator, as a two term State Representative back to my hometown, and I’m ready to stand up and show up for the people of Bowling Green, as I always have.

She also cited Bowling Green’s recent growth and says, if elected, she plans to bring what she has learned at the state level to help the community grow more successful.
