Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force arrests 3 on trafficking charges
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- The Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force has arrested three individuals on drug trafficking charges.
Alexander Chant, 20, Robert Smith, 40, and Geneva Johnson, 29, are all charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
According to a news release from the task force, the arrests were made Tuesday on Scottsville Road.
Authorities said they watched Johnson obtain methamphetamine from Smith, her supplier.
When Johnson was stopped after the purchase, authorities said Alexander was with her and had methamphetamine on him.
The task force said they seized a handgun, 41 grams of Mexican crystal methamphetamine, two sets of digital scales, baggies, zipper cases and $317 cash.
All three are lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail and being held on a $10,000 bond.
