Metcalfe County will feature a haunted corn maze

EDMONTON Ky.-The corn maze at the field near Metcalfe County High School will be turned into the haunted corn maze in celebration of Halloween.

While students had the chance to check it out during the Farm to School event Friday, the maze will be re decorated to include a Halloween experience.

The haunted corn maze is also hosted by the Metcalfe County Agriculture Classes, and part of the Farm to School program. Students say checking out the maze is worth it.

“When you go through it at first, it doesn’t seem like you’re going to get lost, but we went through it and actually got lost. We were trying to find our way back. My favorite part about it is just the choices you have to make and how different each person’s thought was,” said Metcalfe County High School sophomore Alexis Roberson.

The haunted maze will be open to the public from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Oct. 18  as well as on Oct. 25 and Oct. 26. Admission is $2 per person.
