Children’s book author shares financial literacy book with Alvaton Elementary students

Bowling Green, KY.- Campbell Chevrolet is sponsoring a copy of the book, “I am Money” for every family at Alvaton Elementary. This is a children’s book about financial literacy, teaching children how to properly manage money to avoid financial problems later in life.

Author Julia Cook has a total of 126 Children’s books, and has sold over 3 million books worldwide. Despite another NTI school day, she got on a Zoom meeting with students to give a presentation of her book.

Cook says, “If we can teach kids to be money smart then the depression and anxiety as adults, when we grow up will be much less, not to mention the fact that they will be able to take care of their own basic needs and then share more of their gifts.”

Cook is traveling to five different schools in five different states this week to share her book with students. To encourage your children to understand how money works, you can find the book, “I am Money” on Amazon.
