Warren RECC supervisor shares experience of responding to outages
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Local power companies, like BGMU and Warren RECC, shared more information about outages they restored this past week. Most of the outages seen this week were caused by high winds and fallen trees.
Crews ask that you be patient when the power does go out as they work to restore it.
Supervisor at Warren RECC, Eric McKinney, says, “It takes a lot of concentration, time, riding the lines out, looking. We need people to be patient because every job takes a different amount of time to do, according to the landscape and how hard it is to get into, and if we have to climb, or if we can get a truck to it.”
Crews are still standing by ready to repair any outages if needed.
