Rand Paul takes part in early voting in Warren County

BOWLING GREEN Ky. – U.S. Sen. Rand Paul cast his ballot Friday at Living Hope Baptist Church with his wife Kelley during the second day of early voting in Warren County.

The senator spoke positively of the turn out of in-person voting at the precinct which saw a great deal of traffic at the time.

“What a beautiful day. And I like the early voting. I think it makes it convenient for a lot of people who are working to come during their lunch hour, come on a day when they can take time off. Or like Kelly was saying, when my father in law comes out, he’s 92. We like a nice warm day like this. And if it’s snowing or something on Tuesday, we don’t have to come out in the snow,” Paul said.

Early voting continues through tomorrow and Election Day voting begins on Tuesday, Nov. 7.
