Calling all Survivor fans, open casting call in Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – At the Bowling Green Ballpark, hundreds of people showed up to take a crack at getting casted on the hit show Survivor.

News 40 visited the ball park a couple of times today to check out the crowd which was made up of people from literally across the country. Some of the diehard fans told News 40 they’ve been trying for years to get on the show, one man saying he’s tried 29 times at now 53 years old.

The grand prize is 1 million dollars, a big payday to survive in the woods and make friends. Fans of the show say there’s nothing like it around and that’s what keeps them trying year after year.
