Kentucky State Police raffles off new car for Trooper Island
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police’s annual car raffle is back, and this week is your chance to win and support Trooper Island in the process.
This year, the KSP is raffling off a 2023 GMC Sierra Denali, with the proceeds going to help them send kids to Trooper Island, a fun camp where kids are able to spend times with troopers.
Tickets are $10, and you can enter at the Walmart in Glasgow on July 18. Later in the week, they’ll be setting up at other businesses in the area as well.
“This week we’re going to be set up here today {17th} and tomorrow {18th} at Glasgow Walmart. Wednesday {19th} and Thursday {20th}, we’ll be at Sam’s Club in Bowling Green. Then on Friday {21st} we’re going to be at Cram the Cruiser in Edmonson County, collecting school supplies, but we’ll also have tickets and the car there as well,” trooper Daniel Priddy with KSP says.
You can also order tickets online at kentuckystatepolice.org. The drawing will be held Aug. 27.
