Gov. Beshear touts Kentucky’s economy

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Kentucky’s economy is on the rise, and according to Governor Beshear, this is an exciting time!

Kentucky has gained over $15.1 billion in revenue. There are also around 57,000 more jobs that have been filled since the beginning of the pandemic.

Whether you are in economic, state or local development, you have a role to play. Kentucky has ranked #1 in attracting new business investments and adult mental health.

We’ve had two of the best economically developed years, and we could be entering into our third.

“Put simple, we’re booming and this revenue figure shows how much we’re booming at unprecedented levels. It’s an exciting time with a lot of potential out there to grab a hold of and make sure we make this state everything we’ve always dreamed of,” Beshear says.

Beshear will be in Bowling Green at 4 p.m. on July 14 at his new campaign office on East Main Avenue. This will be open to the public, so stop by to meet the governor!
