Franklin man injured in wreck

BOWLING GREEN, KY. – A Franklin man was seriously injured Saturday afternoon when the motorcycle he was driving collided with a sports utility vehicle.

Warren County Sheriff’s deputies said in a release, Randal Miller, 51, of Franklin, failed to stop at the intersection of Morgantown Road and Interstate 165 and struck a gold SUV in the rear driver’s side.

The driver of the SUV, George Hampton, 59, and his passenger Carol Hampton, 54, of Bowling Green, were not injured, according to the release.

Miller was flown by medical helicopter to TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn. where he  was listed Saturday night in serious condition, according to the release.
