Teen accused of multiple drug charges

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- The Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force  arrested a Bowling Green teen on multiple drug charges.

Detectives charged Jacob Embry, 18, with trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, trafficking in marijuana, trafficking in a controlled substance-LSD and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Investigators arrested Embry Wednesday at his home in the 1700 block of Creason Street.

Inside his residence, detectives said they found 4 pounds of marijuana, 20 hits of LSD, psychedelic mushrooms and nearly $2,000 in cash, according to a release from the task force. Investigators said they seized an additional 4 pounds of marijuana related to the investigation, with a street value of $38,000.

Embry is lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail. His bond is set at $5,000 cash.
