WKU Modern Languages celebrates Japanese Cherry Blossom Festival

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Department of Modern Languages at Western Kentucky University hosted a cherry blossom viewing on Wednesday.

It happens every year as the trees begin to bloom.

The Japanese Cherry Blossom Festival took place under the cherry blossom trees outside Downing Student Union on campus. Students gathered to enjoy Japanese snacks and learn about Japanese culture.
