4 Things you need to Know: July 17, 2025
- Today you can head down to Traveler’s Cellar Winery for Pickin on the Porch. Enjoy some great wine, food, and tunes played by Caveman Bard who is a one man guitar orchestra! That kicks off at 6pm tonight.
- Then tonight also starting at 6, the Russell Sims Aquatic Center will host Journey to Neverland Night! The park will host some great activities after hours with some special guests expected. General admission is only 3 dollars.
- You can support local youth theatre with the performance of Mary Poppins Rr. At the Xclaim! Performing Arts Center. Tickets are sold at the door and doors open 30 minutes before showtime.
- Finally you can support the wonderful people at the Barren River Animal Welfare Association by participating in the Parrots of the Caribbean, a Salute to Jimmy Buffet. Tickets are on sale right now, just click here.
