4 killed when 2 vehicles collide on Kentucky highway

MULDRAUGH, Ky. (AP) — Kentucky State Police say four people died when two vehicles crashed on a Kentucky highway. A statement from police says the collision occurred Tuesday evening in Meade County as the vehicles traveled in opposite directions on U.S. Highway 31W. Police say a preliminary investigation found that a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox was traveling south when it crossed the center line and went into the path of a 2003 Cadillac. Both drivers and a juvenile passenger in the Cadillac were pronounced deceased at the scene. A second child in the Cadillac died after being taken to a hospital. A third child was injured.
