$25K a year for life winning ticket sold in Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – One lucky winner can claim $25,000 a year for life after the winning ticket was sold in Louisville.
The Kentucky Lottery says the drawing was held Tuesday, June 17 .
Lottery officials say the ticket was sold at Kroger L-739 at 12450 LaGrange Road in Louisville.
The winning ticket matched the first five numbers drawn, officials say, which were four, seven, 28, 36 and 46.
The Kentucky Lottery advises the winners to:
- Sign the back of their tickets.
- Keep them in a secure location.
- Claim their prize within 180 days from the date of the drawing.
Winners must claim their prizes at lottery headquarters at 1011 W. Main St. in Louisville. Winners should contact the lottery at 1-877-789-4532 to make an appointment to claim their prize.
This win makes this the third $25,000 a year for life second prize won in Kentucky this year. The odds of winning the second prize are 1 in 1,813,028, according to lottery officials.
