$25,000 a year for life winning ticket sold in Kentucky

MOUNT WASHINGTON, Ky. – A $25,000 a Year for Life winning ticket has been sold in Kentucky.
According to the Kentucky Lottery, a Lucky for Life drawing was held Tuesday, March 4, which produced five matching numbers.
Lottery officials say the winning ticket was sold at Cut Rate Liquors at 185 Delaina Drive in Mount Washington.
Officials say the prize has a minimum 20-year payout, or the winner can choose to take the $390,000 cash option.
Thursday night’s winning numbers were second, 11, 25, 30 and 31, with a Lucky Ball of seven.
The Kentucky Lottery advises the winner to:
- Sign the back of their tickets.
- Keep them in a secure location.
- Claim their prize within 180 days from the date of the drawing.
The winner must claim their prize at lottery headquarters at 1011 W. Main St. in Louisville. The winner should contact the lottery at 1-877-789-4532 to make an appointment to claim their prize.
