2024 Boys and Girls Putting Golf Tournament set for mid-July
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- Programs by Bowling Green Parks and Recreation have a way of uniting the community and impacting the next generation.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office, city leaders and officials are coming together for the 2024 Putting Golf Tournament.
Kids of all ages will be able to participate in a free outdoor activity that has the potential to become a skill that the kids can use when they get older.
“This is an opportunity to try to get kids involved in a summer sport activity, as well as trying to just build interest within our community on golfing in general,” Warren County sheriff Brett Hightower says. “Golfing is such a unique way for people to continue that sport, all throughout their life.”
The free golf tournament will be July 15 for the boys and July 17 for the girls. Once you’ve completed your entry form, you can return it to the Paul Walker Pro Shop.
