12 to join WKU Alumni Association Board of Directors

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — The Western Kentucky University Alumni Association recently elected nine new board members for 2020-2021 and recognized three members who will serve in one-year appointments.
The following new members will serve for three-year terms:
April White Cox, Pharm.D. of Fisherville, Ky., a 2004 alumna, is Clinical Pharmacy Manager (Director) of AETNA Better Health of Kentucky.
Retired Lt. Col. Toby Crafton of Lewisburg, Ky., a 1980 and 1981 alumnus and Lifetime Member of the WKU Alumni Association, is retired from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention.
Carla E. Criswell of Hopkinsville, Ky., a 2004 alumna, serves as Facilitator of Intervention Curriculum and Studies for Bluegrass Learning Academy.
Nathan Gardner of Littleton, Colo., a 2009 alumnus and Lifetime Member of the WKU Alumni Association, is Director of Finance for BookTrust.
Keith D. McGregory of Chicago, Ill., a 1987 alumnus and Lifetime Member of the WKU Alumni Association, is an Account Executive for Yelp.
Kevin Mays of Bowling Green, Ky., a 1986 alumnus and Lifetime Member of the WKU Alumni Association, serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Owl’s Head Alloys, Inc.
Alisha Thompson of Bowling Green, Ky., a 1999 and 2006 alumna and Lifetime Member of the WKU Alumni Association, is Director of Business Intelligence/Chief Data Architect for Domtar.
Tiffany James Wade of Bowling Green, Ky., a 2005 and 2009 alumna and Annual Member of the WKU Alumni Association, serves as a Clinical Specialist for Abbott.
The Hon. Teresa Whitaker of Science Hill, Ky., a 1987 alumna and Annual Member of the WKU Alumni Association, serves a Circuit Court Judge for the Kentucky Circuit Court.
In addition, the following three board members will serve one-year terms as representatives of affiliated organizations:
Reggie Glass of Louisville, Ky., a 1973 alumnus and Lifetime Member of the WKU Alumni Association, will again represent the Society of African American Alumni. He is currently Principal of Glass Brothers & Associated Media/Marketing Consultancy.
Mckenzie Rodgers of White Plains, Ky., a WKU senior who is majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Business Administration, will represent the Student Alumni Ambassadors (SAA).
Jordan Coffman White of Rockfield, Ky., a 2016 alumna and Annual Member of the WKU Alumni Association, will represent the Young Alumni Council (YAC). She is a teacher at Rich Pond Elementary School.
“Our new members of the Board of Directors join us at an important point in time for the Alumni Association,” said Dr. Anthony McAdoo, Executive Director of the WKU Alumni Association. “The years ahead will define the post-pandemic era for the Alumni Association, and, together with our board, we will make strategic decisions about the programs, services, communications and membership to engage alumni of WKU. We appreciate each of these Hilltoppers and the commitment they have made to help us lead the great work of the Association.”
