UPDATE: 1,000 people lose power following car accident

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- Warren Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation is reporting a power outage impacting approximately 1,000 members in the Briggs Hill area Thursday morning has been restored.

They say the power outage was due to a vehicle wreck.

Further details on the wreck have not been released at this time.
