1 rescued from vehicle following rollover crash in Laurel County

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. – One person was rescued over the weekend following a rollover crash in Laurel County.

According to London-Laurel Rescue Squad, on Saturday around 10:40 p.m., the London-Laurel County 911 Center notified units about a vehicle wreck near the 3000 block of E. Hal Rogers Parkway.

Upon arrival, the rescue squad says one person was partially ejected and trapped.

Rescue personnel say units and firefighters quickly began to stabilize the vehicle and start extrication.

Units were able to remove the patient from the vehicle.

Agencies on scene included Bush Fire Department, Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County, Laurel County Sheriff’s Office and Air Evac Lifeteam 179 – London.
