1 life flighted for treatment following single-vehicle accident

FALLS OF ROUGH, Ky. – A crash in Grayson County resulted in one being flown for treatment.

According to a social media post from the Falls of Rough Fire Department, first responders received a dispatch to a single-vehicle accident involving a side-by-side utility vehicle Friday evening.

The vehicle ran off the road and struck a road tile, causing it to roll, according to the post.

The driver was pinned underneath the vehicle.

Two patients received treatment at the scene; one was transported to a local hospital and the other was airlifted to a hospital.

The Breckinridge County Sheriff’s office, Breckinridge County EMS and Air Evac Lifeteam 92- Breckinridge County also responded to the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
