1 killed, multiple injured in Grayson County crash, man arrested on related charges
GRAYSON COUNTY, Ky. – One person has died and several others are injured following a crash on the Western Kentucky Parkway just east of Clarkson.
According to WNKY News 40 media partner K105, the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office, Clarkson and Leitchfield Fire Department and EMS responded to a two-vehicle collision at the 117-mile marker of the eastbound parkway Thursday around 4:25 a.m.

After learning a woman had died in the crash, deputies requested the Kentucky State Police to investigate the collision.
Troopers say an investigation revealed a 2017 Honda Civic driven by 30-year-old Francisco Tziquin of Houston, Texas was traveling west when the vehicle crossed the median and struck another vehicle in a head on collision.
Authorities say the other vehicle, a 2008 Lincoln MKZ, was driven by Isaac Hearn of Leitchfield.
Troopers say an adult female passenger in the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene by Grayson County Coroner’s Office.
Two juvenile passengers in the Honda, who suffered serious injuries, were transported by EMS to Norton Children’s Hospital.
Hearn was transported to Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center, according to a social media post. Hearn has been released from the hospital.
Tziquin allegedly walked away from the scene but returned. He was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid and no operator’s license.
He was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center.
Officials say the name of the woman killed in the crash has not been released.
The investigation remains ongoing.
