WCPS Nutrition & Dining Services receive top honor

Nutrition and dining services at Warren County Public Schools have received a top honor.

Warren County Public Schools recently announced that every school cafeteria in the district has received the award of excellence, at the gold level. Warren County Public Schools received the awards at the annual Kentucky School Nutrition Association conference. To receive the honor, schools must apply for the award and be judged on 48 different aspects of how their cafeteria operated during the past year.

This makes Warren County the only district in the state of Kentucky to have every school cafeteria earn the gold seal award.
